THE STRUTS—the band that is now becoming a household name have reached incredible heights this past year. From their summer tour supporting the Foo Fighters, the release of their sophomore album YOUNG&DANGEROUS, and their continuous television appearances including the Victoria Secret Fashion Show (airing on Dec. 2nd), the group is gaining a level of success that they've never seen before.

This past week, the beloved band from Derby, Derbyshire, England returned to the TLA in Philadelphia for their second show on the 2018 Body Talks Tour in support of their brand new record, YOUNG&DANGEROUS which came out this past October 26th. Due to the amazing response the October showed received with sales (SOLD OUT!), a November date was soon added and to no surprise sold out in fifteen minutes.

If you're at all familiar with me or MA Entertainment Global (the site you're reading this on), you know just how much I love this band, and that I actually attended the band's first show at the TLA on this tour back in the beginning of October. You can read the review for that show HERE.

Now being a seasoned Struts' fan, I was even more excited to attend this show than I was the first. Since the show in early October, the band's new record has been released (you can read my review of the record HERE), and I've without a doubt fallen in love with an entire new catalogue of Struts' songs. Compared to the tracks I mentioned in my first review, the setlist for the tour has stayed essentially the same, but I was incredibly thrilled that the one addition they made to the set was adding my personal favorite off the record, 'In Love With A Camera'.

One of the highlights of the second round in Philly was the invitation to a young boy named Tommy to be 11/19's 'Courtney Cox' during the band's rendition of Bruce Springsteen's 'Dancing In The Dark'. During this time, Spiller brings up one lucky audience member to join him onstage to dance along and hype up the crowd. Bringing younger fans up for this segment of the show has been a running trend for the latter half of the tour—giving kids a memory they will never forget and becoming a Struts' fan for life.

Apart from being ecstatic to see the guys perform again, I was also thrilled that this time around I got to photograph the show which was a dream. Between the vibrant and sparkling lights, intricate and detailed costumes designed by stylists along the likes of Ray Brown, and magic that is Luke Spiller as a frontman, this group is nothing short of extremely fun to photograph. You can find images from the show as well as the rest of the band's dates for the 2018 Body Talks Tour below!

Overall, The Struts never disappoint. They are bridging generations with their music and performances, and they're talent is truly unmatched. I fully believe that The Struts are the true beginning to the Rock and Roll Revolution.
