(Long Beach, California - March 22, 2019) - Ska-punk trio Sublime With Rome drops new song "Blackout" today. Listen to the song HERE. The track is off the band's forthcoming full-length album, Blessings, out May 27th via 5 Music/RED MUSIC. "'Blackout' is one of my favorite songs off the album and it was an honor to work with Rob Cavallo on it," states Sublime With Rome singer Rome Ramirez. "Eric's bass synth's make the whole song feel like it's beating like a heart. Lyrically, the song is about stacking so many expectations on yourself and ultimately feeling overwhelmed and pushed to a dangerous point. This album is fire, best music we ever made." Blessings, is Sublime With Rome's third album and was produced by Rob Cavallo (Green Day, Paramore, Linkin Park), and "Wicked Heart" was co-produced by Rob Cavallo and Andrew Goldstein (Robert DeLong, Blackbear, Lauv). The band have previously released the music video for "Wicked Heart" and track for "Spiderweb" off of the forthcoming release. Sublime With Rome recently announced their U.S. Summer headline tour, which will start on June 2nd in Cedar Rapids, IA and end on August 4th in Dallas, TX. The band will be touring in support of their upcoming release. Soja will join the tour as direct support.
